Pet Widget: Island Pal

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Pet Widget: Island Pal is a virtual pet that lives at the top of your screen, on your Lock Screen and in your Home Screen widgets.

This policy is short because the app does very little with your data. There is no account, no sign-in, no server of ours, and no analytics.

The short version

We have no server. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us, because there is nowhere for it to be sent.
We collect nothing. No account, no email, no identifier, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Your pet lives on your device. Its name, its bond, when you last fed it and which scene it stands in are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else.
One thing leaves your device, and only if you allow it: your location, sent to a weather service so the weather widgets can show your local weather. See Location and weather below.

What is stored on your device

All of this is kept in the app's own storage on your iPhone, shared between the app and its widgets so they can show the same pet. None of it is transmitted.

The pets you have met, and any name you have given them
Bond, and the times you last fed or played with each pet
Which pet is active, its chosen scene, and your Lock Screen style
Whether you have completed the introduction, and what you said you were hoping for when it asked
Whether a subscription is currently active
